I was recently approached by Eyewake, who asked if I would like to try out their product in exchange for an honest review on Amazon. I checked out the amazing work they are doing for Women’s Aid and couldn’t wait to give Eyewake a try!

EyeWake Face Moisturiser

Packaging:

The moisturiser comes in a simple 50ml tub with the company name on the front. The tub arrives in a cardboard box which lists the ingredients. The tub has a fresh look, with a screw top lid, and a plastic removable seal.

The product:

The moisturiser is white and odorless. It contains antioxidants which make your skin more radiant, whilst smoothing your skin to combat wrinkles. The cream has a balanced mixture of Hyaluronic acid, Coenzyme Q10 (antioxidant), and essential oils, making it smooth and lightweight to apply.

Using:

The moisturiser is so nice to use, it soaks right into your skin and is extremely lightweight. I used it every morning and night, applying in upward strokes over and under my eye. I found that I have used the smallest amount, so the tub will last for many months to come, which makes the moisturiser a great investment. As it is lightweight it dries very quickly, meaning you could easily use it under your makeup in the morning.

Break it down:

I used the moisturiser for three weeks before deciding if it would be something I would recommend. I didn’t think there was much difference visually, even though the skin around my eyes feels so amazingly soft. However, when looking through photos, I can see how purple my skin was under my eyes before, something which has definitely faded away. I will continue to use it morning and night as I am so happy with how well my eyes feel now – very important with my lack of sleep (mum life 😉 ).
